The duties of the Covenants Committee is to:

Be responsible for enforcing the Park Timbers (Sections 1 through 4) Residential Area Covenants.
Observe compliance with said Covenants.
Review and act upon any complaint concerning violations of said Covenants.
Report Committee findings to the Park Timbers Executive Committee.
Stay aware of local zoning issues and their possible effect on this community.
Review By-Laws and Standing Rules for updates and /or modifications deemed necessary.
