Park Timbers Homeowners Association

The Park Timbers Homeowners Association (PTHOA) is charged with upholding the covenants of our community and overseeing the maintenance of the community common areas and Association owned facilities.

The Homeowners Association Board is comprised of 11 to 15 residents of the Park Timbers Community who volunteer their service for the betterment of the neighborhood. The Association Board meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month in the Association’s Community Center located at #1 Park Timbers Drive.

There are several committees, each of which handle specific issues for the association, such as Architectural Control, Security, Membership, Covenant Violations, etc. A list of all committees and their responsibilities can be found on the left of this page.

There is an annual meeting of the Homeowners held on the 1st Tuesday of December each year.

At this meeting the President gives a review of the State of the Association & community along with a review of the financial health. This meeting is also the time to elect new board Members and Section representatives.
